This document governs the professional relationship between Licolav and the enterprises utilizing our data insights platform. These terms are effective as of March 15, 2026.
Acceptance of Agreement
By engaging with licolav.com or utilizing our strategic analytical solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a South Korean enterprise or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these provisions.
Licolav provides professional-grade data visualization and business intelligence insights. These services are intended specifically for commercial and professional use within the regulatory framework of South Korea.
Service Provisions and Usage
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any datasets uploaded to the Licolav platform for visualization purposes. You agree not to use the platform for:
- A. Circumventing data security protocols or attempting unauthorized access to other client environments.
- B. Reverse-engineering the analytical algorithms or visualization engines proprietary to Licolav.
- C. Distributing malicious software via the platform’s interface.
Enterprise Standards
Our platform operates under strict Korean data governance standards. Every visualization generated is the result of rigorous computational logic and real-time processing.
Review Solutions
Intellectual Property Rights
All software, interface designs, trade names, and underlying data architectures are the exclusive property of Licolav. Your use of the platform grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access insights, but does not transfer ownership of the underlying technology.
Limitation of Liability
Licolav provides analytical tools designed for strategic support. While we strive for 99.9% platform availability and absolute data precision, our services are provided "as is." Licolav shall not be liable for business decisions made based on data interpretations, nor for consequential damages resulting from unforeseen technical downtime.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Jurisdiction and Updates
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the competent courts of Seoul, South Korea.
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect evolving regulatory requirements or platform enhancements. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform dashboard or to your registered contact email.
